SaskScapes thanks the Office of the President of the University of Saskatchewan for your generous support. A special thanks to Anna Okapiec, assistant to the Chancellor.
Chancellor Grit McCreath has been the University of Saskatchewan's Chancellor since 2021, a role she will relinquish this year. The appointment as Chancellor is a logical progression for someone who has spent so much time on the university campus (graduation from the College of Education 1991) and has dedicated her life to education and supporting so many along the way. When first receiving this appoint Chancellor McCreath is quoted as saying:
“To be able to continue to serve in this prestigious role is truly an honour. The university has been central to my life and my family’s, and continuing to be able to contribute in this capacity is a privilege."
